Shaft guard

A compact shaft guard affords the customer a high safety standard.

Features

The shaft guard developed by tectos is a steelwork design lined with wooden elements.This ensures safe running down of the shaft in case of shaft failure.
We can manufacture it according to customers’ drive train (length and diameter).
The opening and closing are activated by means of a programmable logic controller (PLC). It can be controlled by either the shaft guard’s own control panel, or the test bed control console (optional).
