This actuator performs measurement and feedback control of the unit under test through either the engine‑throttle controller (optional) or a stroke‑setting unit.
It is equipped with rotational‑speed and throttle‑opening measurement functions,
control functions for manual or automatic speed and opening control, and alarm functions for detecting and handling system abnormalities.
Stable control is achieved through PID control.
