Our proposal
既存の内燃機関用のテストベンチ（＝エンジンベンチ、エンジンダイナモ。最高回転数例：～8000rpm、～10000rpmなど）を、最高回転数の高い電動モータ(電動機)の試験・評価用に活用できるよう改良する（＝モータベンチ化）ことを目的とし、既存のエンジンベンチにギアボックスを増設することを提案します。
It can achieve the maximum speed of 20000 rpm, 30000 rpm, 60000 rpm, etc.
（※Rated torque of test motor decreases in inverse proportion as speed ratio）
In some cases,not use gearbox for control speeding up but add only a torque converter(torque meter) and stand for the test mortor to existing engine dynamo.（～8000rpm、～10000rpm,erc Operates within the specifications of the existing engine dynamo）。
