Engine throttle mechanical actuator

Engine throttle mechanical actuator
  • It conducts measurement and feedback control for test piece via engine throttle controller (optional) or stroke setting box.
  • It is equipped with measurement function for speed and throttle opening, control function for speed and throttle opening of test piece by automatic, and alarm function that detects and processes system malfunction.
  • It realizes the stable control by PID control,
  • and it protects test piece by torque (motor current) limiting function.
  • Stroke easily can be set beside a test piece.
  • Electromagnetic clutch turns to disconnected state when power failure or emergency stop and instantaneously fully close by the return spring to secure the safety of a test piece.
  • Opening can be operated by switch with panel adjuster or external analog voltage.

System and application sample

Our dyno controller can control and measure by programmed operation from upper system.
And it supports expansion to existing system.
